The Soquel Fermentation Project is a farmhouse brewery in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The abundant rainfall, sunshine, and temperate climate create an environment found no where else in the world. Using traditional brewing techniques and modern scientific methods, this project systematically evaluates the terroir and microflora of this unique region. By sourcing fruit from local farms and barrels from local wineries, the goal is to create beer with an identity firmly rooted in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Come join us as Jeff pours their delicious Saison #4 with Wildflower Honey, and a brand new ones; the 100% spontaneous ferment Dark Farmhouse #3/Dark Sour and the truly Wild Brut IPA with the light floral hops of Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra! Both have a surprisingly perfect balance with the light bright 'saison-y' flavor that will surly win over any dark beer or IPA skeptics!
